July News

UNDEFEATED going into our last Dual meet for the season !!!.  The Penguins held off Folsom to continue the winning streak.  All of our penguins are improving their times and showing great sportsmanship on and off the pool deck.  Let’s keep up the tremendous effort going into July and Champs.  Remember no practice or meet on July 3rd and 4th.  We go to College Greens on July 11th for our last SSL dual meet and back home for our PT Champs Meet on July 18th.  Also look for information around the club on age group parties.  The 15-18 group head off to camping and rafting as well.  CHAMPS is set for July 24-26th.  Make sure you are on time and at your heats.  Remember Pasta night on July 22nd and Awards Night on July 27th.

If you have not completed your ten hours, there are still many events to help out with. We will especially need help at CHAMPS with our league duties.  Contact Julie Kvarme or check in the office for events that need help.

The coaches had a great time bonding and sharing the morning waterskiing, thanks goes to the O’Hearns, Hunts and Stathos’ for the use of their boats and instructions.

As always, check www.ptpenguins.com for the latest.  And provide Janet, Rion, and any aquatics committee member with any comments, suggestions, and compliments for the season!
